Engineered for Excellence

What is CWC?
CWC stands for Carbon Wood Composite — a flooring built on a High-Density Carbon Wood Fiber Board. It delivers solid strength, long-lasting surface performance, and clean design for modern spaces. Use cases: residential & light commercial.
Why choose CWC?
CWC is designed to be lighter and easier to handle. Compared to SPC, it is about 56% lighter at the same thickness, which means faster installation, less strain on workers, and reduced transportation costs.
Its surface is exceptionally scratch-resistant. With a melamine overlay reinforced by aluminum oxide (Mohs hardness 8–9), CWC flooring stays beautiful even under daily wear and heavy use.
The high bending strength of CWC makes it more reliable on subfloors with small bumps or minor imperfections. Unlike SPC, it is far less likely to crack under localized pressure, giving installers and homeowners greater peace of mind.
CWC is also fully waterproof, proven through over 3,000 hours of testing. Even in demanding environments, the core structure resists damage and maintains long-term performance.
Finally, CWC is built with no PVC and meets CARB2 standards for formaldehyde emissions. It is a safer, more sustainable flooring choice for both residential and light commercial projects.
CWC vs. SPC: Why CWC is the Superior Choice
When it comes to high-performance flooring, CWC (Continuous Water Control) represents the next generation of engineering, outperforming traditional SPC (Stone Plastic Composite) in five critical dimensions:
Ultra-Lightweight Efficiency: CWC is approximately 56% lighter than SPC of the same specifications. This significant reduction in density makes transportation easier and installation faster without compromising structural integrity.
Superior Scratch Resistance: Engineered with a Melamine and Aluminum Oxide (Al₂O₃) surface, CWC boasts a Mohs hardness of 8–9. In comparison, the PVC surface of SPC typically rates only 1–2, making CWC far more resilient against daily wear, pets, and furniture movement.
Enhanced Structural Strength: With a Static Bending Strength of ≥ 40 MPa—double the 20 MPa average of SPC—CWC provides superior rigidity. It remains stable and intact even on slightly uneven subfloors where SPC might crack or snap.
Ultimate Water Protection: CWC offers 3000+ hours of water resistance. Its 24-hour thickness swelling rate is a mere 3–5%, significantly lower than the 10% seen in standard waterproof laminate. It is designed to withstand submersion for over 6 months without structural failure.
Health & Eco-Safety: CWC is environmentally friendly and fully compliant with CARB2 standards for formaldehyde emissions, ensuring a safe and healthy indoor air quality for your home or project.
